NRO or Clemency? Nawaz may fly to London

Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, who was granted bail on health grounds, is likely to leave country for treatment in London after the government removed his name from the no-fly list.

There are rumors of another deal by Nawaz Sharif but Goverment and PMLn leadership denies any such deal or NRO. Maryam Nawaz lamented saying, "those who talking of deal should be ashamed of themselves."

Politics and health issues should be treated separately. Nawaz Sharif is critically unwell, having unstable platelet count and uncertain diagnosis complicates the overall clinical scenario requiring advanced investigations and specialized care. Government's decision to remove Nawaz's name from ECL is commendable and government should not create any obstruction in the treatment of Nawaz Sharif. Imran Khan built a charity hospital to serve the humanity and granting favor to Nazwaz on Humanitarian ground also shows Khan's commitment to humanity. But there are thousands of other prisoners languishing in Pakistani jails, they should be treated likewise but unfortunately there are two Pakistan, one for poor and another for mighty and rich.

Some critics are talking about that another NRO has been brokered. This is incremental to basic Narrative of both PMLn and PTI. Nawaz's abroad treatment decision holds substantial impact on PTI narrative, politics and government off course. But Imran Khan said, "No NRO for Nawaz Sharif, will have to face cases when he recovers." PMLn leadership also saying health of our leader is much more important and Nawaz will come back to face courts once he recovers.

Recent political developments specially Fazlur Rehman's Dharna is casting some doubt on stances of government and PMLn leadership as Dharna has created some pressure on government and establishment. What is your say ????
